Is it possible?
   Yes - we can do what you want. OR No - we can not do what you want and this is why.
   Yes - we can do it when you want it. OR No - we can not do the project in that time and this is why.
   Yes - we can do it in the budget you have allowed. OR No - we cannot do it for that price and unless
             the budget is adjusted or the project adjusted, we will not be able to meet budget for the project.

Design
     When we agree to a budget, time table, and project that works, then we move onto the Design. This gives you, as the Homeowner, more comfort in knowing what you are getting prior to the construction of the project.   As you know the best way to get what you want is to make a plan to acheive the result you are looking for. This is no different. We have to start with a plan such as a Design in order to make sure we are talking about the same thing. 
     Our Design process is actually a 3-D drawing which can be seen on the laptop brought to your home. All design work is paid for in advance. This is a great opportunity to see what you are thinking, especially if you are a visual person. All of my design customers have been very grateful to what I can provide for them; to be able to see the project before it is ever started.
     As part of our Design process, we do price planning.  This  helps you through the project and keeps the costs in the range needed to meet budget. Selections will be allowed for, in certain price ranges, to accomodate the budget.
    Once the design of the project and the price is determined, then a contract detailing the payment schedule and the details of the project is signed.

We Support You
    Selections may be made at Becker Home Center in Becker, Minnesota.  We feel that the best experience that you can have when selecting your products, the better the project will proceed, which is why we have the Becker Home Center as our one shop stop for all of our selections. We have partnered with the Becker Home Center and the Home Center Partners to bring the best possible experience for you as the homeowner. Somebody will meet you at the door and guide you to your first meeting. You will be introduced to each subsequent appointment. For those long days there is a place to eat and grab a drink. For young kids there is a childcare available while you make your selections.  www.beckerhomecenter.com

Schedule
   While selections are being made, the drawings are being finished and the permit is being applied for. The schedule is getting confirmed based on an estimate of recieving the Permit which can range from same day to 2-3 weeks, depending on the workload of the building department in your city or county.

Next we move on to the Construction part of the project.

1. The schedule is done and given to you, the homeowner, for your own references.
2. Work starts according to the schedule, which includes preparing the home for construction with protection as necessary based on each project, scope of work, and parts of the home involved in the project.
3. Contact information for Gene Eckstein will be provided for you to contact him with any questions, concerns, changes or comments. Included will be his cell # for easy access during the day.
4. Weekly appointments are available for meeting with Gene in order to go over the project. 
5. Changes to schedule are updated and given to the home as major changes arrive.
6. Dust will be getting throughout the home even though protection is being used to protect from the majority of the dust.  The jobsite will be picked up and relatively cleaned each day.
7. Eagle Builders strives for perfection in all of our projects, but due to the construction industry and the materials used perfection is not always attainable.
8. Satisfaction of completion  form is signed at the end of each project.
